Helping you when it matters most

What is it

Collaborative Shared Data Space

SOSCHAIN is a collaborative shared data space designed to enhance data accessibility and security through the use of a Unified Health Identifier for patients, operating on the patented Unified Identification Protocol for Training and Health.

It aligns with international healthcare and shared data space standards, enabling seamless interoperability with other shared data spaces and healthcare services worldwide to support the implementation of a Unified Health Index (UHI), which is especially crucial during emergencies and catastrophic events.

A New Paradigm

Your international, Unified Health Index (UHI) functions like the index of a book, allowing you and practitioners to construct your unified and International Patient Summary document (ISO IPS) by retrieving the pages or documents of the distinct sections (like chapters in a book) from various patient portals, using worldwide healthcare standards.

This revolutionary approach based on the international standards enables you to maintain a Unified Health Index that is automatically updated by verified entities, regardless of your digital literacy or disabilities: only one consent is required to active it in the provider you choose.

What it means: protecting you and your data

The Unified Health Index (UHI) enabled via SOSCHAIN verified entities does not store your medical records. Instead, it provides a secure index with links and permissions. The data itself remains in the original systems, such as hospital portals, insurance platforms, or patient web accounts.

You can pre-authorize access to specific types of information based on the roles of employees in verified organizations and jurisdictions. Organizations can verify whether you have authorized a specific employee to access your records in their own portal. Access is only granted if the employee’s identity and role match the conditions in your registered consent.

Additionally, you can create your emergency contacts and define other critical information in the SOSCHAIN service provider you authorized, including the option to link additional identifiers such as Bluetooth devices, patient or donor numbers, or official identity documents.

SOSCHAIN is not limited to healthcare. Firefighters, lifeguards, local police, and other authorized civil workers can access limited information that you have pre-authorized for use in specific jurisdictions.

This improves emergency response and care continuity using the most advanced security, while helping reduce inefficiencies, misdiagnoses, medical errors, complications, and readmissions.

SOSCHAIN protects you and your family when it matters most.
